You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Courses and access
Course access and duration may vary by format (Self-paced, Live Cohort, Mentorship). We may modify materials to improve clarity. We do not guarantee publication outcomes.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Unless otherwise stated, self-paced courses are refundable within 7 days if less than 20% is completed. Live cohort or mentorship fees are refundable up to 72 hours before the start date. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
5. User conduct
Be respectful. Do not harass, discriminate, or share others’ work without permission. Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property.
6. Intellectual property
Course content is owned by Pagecraft Atelier or its instructors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use. Your original writing remains yours; you grant us a limited license to display it in class contexts you join.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagecraft Atelier will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.
